Committed to the Highest
Standards of Care
We are committed to meeting and exceeding the standards set by the leading accreditation bodies in behavioral health — and to being transparent with clients and families about exactly where we stand in that process.

CARF
Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities
CARF accreditation is the gold standard for behavioral health programs — awarded to organizations that demonstrate compliance with internationally recognized standards of quality, outcomes, and person-centered care.
We are actively pursuing CARF accreditation. This process involves a comprehensive review of our clinical processes, staff qualifications, outcomes measurement, and client rights protocols. We will display our CARF certificate upon award.

The Joint Commission (TJC)
Joint Commission accreditation — the "Gold Seal of Approval" — signifies that a behavioral health organization meets rigorous performance standards designed to improve quality of care and patient safety.
Joint Commission accreditation is part of our staged credentialing roadmap. We will update this page upon completion of our survey process.

Texas HHSC
Texas Health and Human Services Commission
All intensive outpatient programs operating in Texas must hold an active license from the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC). Licensure confirms compliance with state standards for clinical staffing, programming, and client safety.
We maintain an active HHSC license for Substance Use Disorder treatment services. License number: [LICENSE NUMBER — to be added prior to launch]. Verify our license at hhs.texas.gov.
Our Quality Standards
Accreditation is one dimension of quality. These are the internal standards we hold ourselves to every day.
Clinical Staff Credentialing
All clinical staff hold active Texas state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LCDC, MD, or PMHNP) and undergo background checks prior to employment. Credentials are verified annually.
Evidence-Based Practices
Our clinical model is grounded in modalities with the strongest evidence base in behavioral health: CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care frameworks.
Client Rights & Privacy
All clients receive a written notice of their rights upon admission. We operate in full compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2 (substance use confidentiality), and Texas state privacy law.
Outcomes Measurement
We track client outcomes using validated assessment tools including the PHQ-9, GAD-7, and ASI. Data is reviewed quarterly to drive continuous program improvement.
