Our highest level of outpatient care. PHP provides full-day clinical structure for clients who need more support than IOP but do not require 24-hour residential treatment.

Who Is PHP For?
- Stepping down from residential or detox treatment
- Needing more structure than IOP provides
- Experiencing severe or recent-onset substance use
- Managing co-occurring mental health conditions
- Able to live at home but needing daily clinical support
- Requiring medication management alongside therapy
PHP to IOP Continuum
Most clients begin in PHP and transition to our evening IOP as they progress. This step-down approach ensures you receive the right level of care at each stage of recovery — without gaps in treatment. Your clinical team manages the transition collaboratively.
